The Worthy Wife|Accepted,Self-confidence,Empty Nester,Marriage,Eggshells
What would life be like if you had the confidence to be yourself? What if you had the courage to speak up without the fear of rejection or feeling like you're disappointing others? How great would it be to stop trying to please others or living under the pressure to “perform” to feel accepted ? .
Hey, I’m Carrie. Certified Life Coach, wife, and mom.
This podcast is where I help wives like you learn how to build self-confidence, and acceptance of who you truly are through biblical truths and by managing your mind and your emotions. You’ll discover how to stop people-pleasing, stop carrying emotional burdens that are not yours to carry , and step boldly into the role God has given you as a wife, mom, and empty nester.
For years, I tried to keep everyone else happy. I ignored my own desires and stayed small thinking that my worth was tied to how well I pleased others.
But here’s the truth: it was exhausting and it didn’t work. I was believing a lie.
Our worth is rooted in Christ—not in your husband’s emotions, your children’s choices, or your ability to fulfill anyone else’s expectations.
If you are feeling stuck or are longing for connection in a difficult marriage; if you want to reclaim your God-given identity so that you can walk in peace without losing yourself, grab yourself some earbuds and settle in because I am going to cover all of this and so much more!

HI Friends,
How many nights have you laid awake wrestling and wishing that you and your spouse or you and your work partner could just agree and get on the same page. This episode is all about why it is totally ok if you are not on the same page with your spouse, in fact we can thank God that we don't agree and see how God uses other perspectives to accomplish His plans in our lives and in the lives of our children etc. Thanks for listening xxoo!

HI Everyone! This was a really fun episode to share with you. Have you ever noticed what happens when you say words out loud and write them down. This is not a name it and claim it episode! This is about how writing it down and hearing your own voice speak words that are on your heart and mind gives you an opportunity to hear and see them, and to discern whether they are right and true according to the Bible. Saying words out loud can make them more tangible so we want to be noticing our words and discipline our thoughts. Without shame, check and see are my thoughts in line with scripture? If not, come boldly to God and confess them and ask Him to help you think His thoughts.
Speaking truth is powerful! What words do you want to be teaching yourself to say on purpose?
I hope that you will enjoy this episode and find yourself wanting to share it and even give it a review on Apple Podcasts and/or Spotify. I will leave the links for reviews below, and as always, I invite you to email me with any questions or responses to the podcast. I love you, Bye for now

HI Ladies, this episode has deep meaning for me. The last thing that I would ever want to do through this podcast is give you the idea that by adding some of the tools that I teach on this podcast, that you will have a more meaningful life with God. My desire is that you would use the life coaching tools found on this podcast as a way to help yourself once you can see and understand your thoughts. Your thoughts are always the problem when you are stuck or hurting are afraid or are feeling lonely. A skill or a tool can only help once the problem is identified, specifically, which thought is it that has me here? Then we can use the tools to help ourselves move forward. If you would like to discuss this further please reach out to me @ www.mindmanagementforchristianhousewives.com

A new year offers the perfect opportunity to align our lives with God’s vision and plan.
Matthew 6:33—"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." I hope that this episode encourages you to prioritize seeking God and discovering His unique vision for your life in 2025.
Below are the questions for reflection mentioned in this episode:
Reflection Questions :
What has God been placing on my heart as I step into 2025?
What has He shown me or been doing in my life and heart already?
How can I prioritize seeking His Kingdom and vision this year?
What small steps of faithfulness can I take to align with His plans today?
Challenge for the Week:
Set aside 15 minutes this week to pray and journal about the vision God may have for you in 2025.
If this is the year that you have decided to have a mentor and friend walk alongside of you and to help you reach the goals and live the vision that God has for you I hope that you would consider connecting with me and learning more about how I can help you to move into this new year with confidence and grace. Whether it's emptying a closet or resolving feelings of resentment and guilt, coaching is a tangible and tacticle way of moving forward.

Hi ladies, this episode is all about how to allow people to "not get you" and your decisions It's totally fine to be misunderstood and it isn't always necessary to explain yourself. Instead we can show grace and love while others are left laughing or scratching their heads. It's really ok.
