Welcome to Mind Management for Christian Housewives. I'm your host, Keri Alamierz, life coach, Bible teacher, Christian housewife, and mother, and I look forward to going on this journey with you. I wonder, do you ever struggle with feelings of guilt or shame, or do you ever experience emotions of anxiety and
fear that you just can't seem to shake. Are you struggling in a relationship where you long to feel close and yet you find yourself having arguments and repeating conversations that don't feel good and aren't really moving your relationship forward? Perhaps there's an emotion that comes up and just sits in your throat and you don't really know what's happening and you don't know how to stop feeling that feeling and so you think that there must be something wrong with you.
I just want to let you know that you are not alone and that you are in the right place. I look forward to meeting with you each week here on the podcast.
